It’s been more than a month since my last update!

Haha I must totally suck right now. Anyways, one photo only for now while I try and kickstart my blogging gear back up again and also cause I need sleep!

Ok fine, belated… A bit the fail right haha!

Christmas has always been a special time for me. I love christmas, I mean who doesn’t. Unless you’re like a super grinch then maybe lah but still main point is, I love christmas! Whether I’m spending it alone, with friends/family, the carols or just the plain fact that we’re celebrating the birth of Christ, everything about it is all love to me. This year was a bit special with many things lined up for my christmas season with so many things to do, there was very little time to even take a breather.

First started off with a mini celebration a week before christmas at Kel Li’s place but a separate post on that will come later. Then come Christmas eve, it was off to my church’s Christmas eve celebration over at Flamingo Hotel. I admit that I haven’t been going to church in a very long time due to it being very far and I’m always too tired to wake up on Sundays  (major reason here haha!) but going back has made me realise how much I miss it alot and therefore, a new year resolution to go back to church has been made, awesome much =D

On Christmas day itself, it was full of rest and just a light and fun dinner with Jen and her friends over at Paddington House of Pancakes but on the 26th, it was pretty major as it was my first maternity shoot. It was exciting but pretty scary at the same time. Truthfully, I was actually nervous during the entire session since I had never done a maternity shoot before, Heck I don’t think I knew what I was doing 80% of the time but in the end, it turned out alright I guess…. well hopefully lah =p

At night, it was CG’s Christmas Night and seriously, I miss the heck out of everybody there. Being there again made me realise how much I missed out, sigh I really have to make time for all of this. Timetable drafting session is already on the way and in 2010, it will commence. Reminder to self, include my calender inside as well even though it is already filling up like nobody’s business for next year haha. Anyways CG Christmas Night was so full of fun especially the sharing session, carols and donuts  and as usual, its Haji Tapah mamak after CG session everytime I come back up.

The next morning, I hung out at The Gardens New Zealand Natural outlet for some gaming session of Monopoly Deal. Seriously, this game is so fun, you’ll get addicted to it and play non-stop. Yeah, this champion is a winning record holder of 5 wins in a row so far and I’m definitely gonna make a six, seven and eight tonight at Aaron’s birthday/new year’s party wooza!

Come night time, the usuals and I went over to SIBKL, Andrew’s church for a musical that they were producing and yes it was very good. Loved every moment of it although I wished that it could have been longer though haha. The lights were so colorful, I was so attracted to it that I kept staring non-stop. Do not in any way flash colorful lights at me for I will turn aggresive and try to steal it if possible!

So, how was your Christmas? Hope that it was as fun as mine and although its a very late wish, Merry Christmas to all of you. Since it’s new year’s eve as well, a blessed happy new year to all of you as well. May your 2010 be even more awesome than 2009!

Last Sunday was my first time being at a Bridal Fair, not as someone who look see look sees, but as a vendor.

It was pretty exciting actually, seeing everything from the other perspective. All this while I have only just been going to the fair out of curiosity and check out the wedding photographers there, it pretty much made me feel happy that at least I know that I am getting somewhere. Just a background, RPStudios Photography is a vendor and in partnership with a one-stop wedding hub called Budget Brides and we were showcasing our promos and available services that we offer at the fair.

But I know that next year, I will definitely have my own booth roar!

But that is another matter haha. Anyways, Cyberview Lodge is pretty well known in the garden wedding sect of weddings and I can tell that it is pretty true when the place really is beautiful and yes, there is a lot of running space as well, especially for us photographers haha.

I love it when I have lots of space to run around when I photograph a wedding cause it allows limitless possiblities!

There were definitely other vendors as well such as other photographers, videographers, makeup artists, gowns, wedding planners and loads others that are all things related to weddings organized by Weddings Malaysia. A pretty well known wedding hub in Malaysia which well is pretty direct in its focus, which is all things weddings. Anyways back to the fair, it was a pretty enlightening experience for myself especially when meeting other people from the same industry.

Going through the customary introductions at each booth, meeting new peoeple and learning as well from them does open one’s eyes a lot more to notice the smallest details during interation with clients, marketing, promotions and of course, the industry and the people in it. All of them are very nice people and hopefully, I can learn more from everyone.

Oh well, wish me luck in my not-so-new-but-not-old-either venture in wedding photography haha!

That’s how I think Chris Brown would think of his latest album, Grafitti. I’ve always thought that grafittis were cool, but if only I had the artistic touch to it, I would spray my room all over with some awesome designs and yet suffer the consequences of it from well, my mum haha!

Anyways, singer songwriter Chris Brown is releasing a new album whereby it cultivates a deep personal effort that resonates with reflection, redemption and renewal. When he first started off back whene he was 16 in 2005, he wow-ed the world with his awesome dance moves and his first hit, ‘Run It‘ and many others earned him Grammy nominations for Best New Artist and Best R&B Contemporary Album and boy, I wished that I was him.

2007 marked the year of his second album release, ‘Exclusive’ which went Platinum and was a hit everywhere all over the world includes my all-time favourite, ‘ With You’ and seriously this was the song that made me like his songs even more. Also, his inspirations were Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder which can be heard through his songs made it even more convincing to me that this guy has got that stuff in him!

What stuff? Well the stuff that most awesome people has haha!

With the release of Grafitti which is set to be released soon, it is aimed to refocus on the message of gratitude, letting go and moving forward. Everybody makes mistakes, we’re all human and therefore, forgive and forget is still the best way to go. And so, Chris Brown is back on stage, performing and on tour in 18 countries and doing awesomely at that! Not only that, as a sneak preview, there is actually a viral video out there just for the promotion of his latest album, Graffiti.

Yeahhh, since I last posted up anything sigh…

Project is almost coming to an end, well almost means 70% lah and this is just the first phase. Two more phases to go roar! I will prevail and definitely be awesome at it haha. Let’s just hope that the project testing phase goes well and please wish me luck lol. If you wanna know what I’ve been busy with till I have no time to update, which I’m sure everyone of you don’t really care lol, here’s a sneak preview into what I’ve been doing alot these days…

No I’m not getting married, but am photographing weddings alot which I really am passionate about. Do drop by my company website and check it out yeah.
